From 1st April 2017, the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan in Astana will become the 76th member of the WCF/ATA international guarantee chain.
As you see from the image above, Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, is a well developed, bustling city. We are pleased to welcome them to the ATA carnet fold and look forward to helping our clients visit them.
ATA Carnets will be accepted for temporary import for the following categories:
- Goods for display, or use at exhibitions, fairs, meetings, or similar events
- Professional equipment
Terms of use will be:
- ATA Carnets are accepted for transit
- ATA Carnets are not accepted for postal traffic
- ATA Carnets are accepted for unaccompanied goods
Carnets should be completed in English. Kazakhstan customs offices may require translation into Kazakh or Russian, when the carnets are completed in any other language.
